FAQ

Frequently asked questions

This page answers the questions individual users are most likely to ask first: who it is for, what it helps with, how data updates work, where edition boundaries sit, and why the product supports research instead of promising trading outcomes.

Who is Scorpio Intelligence for?

It is built for individual researchers who want to organize market information, asset observations, risk prompts, and review materials over time. It fits users who compare assets repeatedly and want reusable evidence, not users looking for a single buy/sell instruction or a short-term return promise.

How are Personal Standard and Personal Pro different?

Personal Standard focuses on foundational research, data health, report export, and risk prompts. Personal Pro is for deeper individual research workflows, adding a professional research workspace, result package import, AI explanation support, review, and reporting.

How do data updates work if the network is unstable?

The product first uses account authorization to sync distributable data from the cloud and keeps usable state locally. When network, authorization, or environment conditions are temporarily unavailable, signed result packages provide a fallback import path to keep research continuity.

What do account access, license, and device status do?

Account access identifies the user entitlement, the license confirms edition scope and validity, and device status protects the delivery boundary. Together they make the current edition, update rights, and installation state clear to the user.

What does the research workspace show?

The frontstage experience is organized around asset research, data health, risk prompts, result package status, and report materials. It emphasizes evidence, review, and long-term learning without exposing internal production flows, core models, weights, or private strategy details.

What is the value of report export?

Reports are not meant to make decisions for the user. They organize research evidence, risk boundaries, data sources, and review materials into a format that is easier to revisit, archive, and share before a decision is made.

Is this a trading advice or stock-picking tool?

No. Scorpio Intelligence is positioned as a market intelligence, research assistance, risk review, and reporting workspace. Outputs are for research reference only and do not constitute investment advice, return promises, or trading instructions.

How should issues be reported?

Use the Feedback page and include the version, license status, data update time, steps taken, screenshots, or logs. For data update issues, also note whether you used cloud sync or signed result package import.
